Mariano Domingues - Owner & Co-Founder
Managing Partner - Development
Mariano holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Brazil’s UFPE, a master’s in finance from PUC-Rio, and an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. He also earned Certificates in Commercial Real Estate Development and Business Law from Cornell University.
With over 30 years of experience in engineering, construction, and commercial real estate, Mariano oversees DTL’s operations, shaping the company’s vision and strategy. He leads the development team, ensuring projects progress smoothly from concept to completion.
Pedro Paulo Tosca - Owner & Co-Founder
Managing Partner - Operations
Pedro earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from UFBA in Brazil and is a Certified General Contractor in Florida.
With three decades of experience managing multi-million-dollar construction projects, including transportation infrastructure and industrial facilities, Pedro oversees the construction process and coordinates closely with designers and contractors.
Caetano Lopes - Owner & Co-Founder
Managing Partner - Marketing & Finance
Caetano brings over 40 years of expertise in finance, accounting, and tax management within the construction and real estate development industries, both domestically and internationally. He earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from UFMG in Brazil and a graduate degree in Finance and Administration from INEA, in Brazil. He is also a licensed real estate broker in Florida.
As CFO, he ensures project funding, while managing investors relations, administration, accounting, marketing, and sales.
